Yes — daily, subject to a minimum of 2 guests booked. We'll email you 24 hours in advance if a tour cancels for low bookings (and refund you in full).

Pick your date, select adults / children / infants, fill in each guest's name and age, and pay via Stripe Checkout. You get an instant confirmation email.

24 hours before departure. Tours starting tomorrow at 9:00 AM close today at 9:00 AM Chicago time.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported on compatible devices.

Yes. Stripe handles all card data. RRRTours never sees or stores your full card number, CVV, or expiry.

Names are for our passenger manifest (insurance and emergency contact). Age is to comply with Illinois child-passenger restraint law (age-appropriate restraints required under 8) and to apply adult vs. child pricing correctly.

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There are no fuel surcharges or hidden fees.

Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before departure. Inside 24 hours, no refund. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Email info@rrrtours.com with your booking reference. We confirm the cancellation and process the refund the same business day.

Stripe typically returns funds to your card in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Yes — free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. After that, we can't move the seat.

Yes. Email us with the new guest's name, email, and phone. No additional fee.

No refund. The van departs 5 minutes after the scheduled time to keep the day on schedule for other guests.

Please report by 8:45 AM. The tour starts and the van departs at 9:00 AM sharp. We do a 5-minute grace window — at 9:05 AM the van leaves so we can hold the day's schedule for everyone else.

No. One central pickup keeps the tour on schedule and the price low. McDonald's is a 5-minute taxi from most downtown hotels.

No. The van isn't a luggage transport — personal day bags only.

Water in a sealed bottle is fine. No food, no coffee, no alcohol inside the van.

Yes. You don't have to exit at every stop. The driver will let you know when to be back.
