We maintain a strict 24-hour cancellation policy, consistent with industry standards in Chicago.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before tour departure: Full refund issued to original payment method.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure: No refund will be issued.
• No-shows (missing pickup): No refund. The van departs 5 minutes after scheduled time.
• Late arrivals: If you arrive after the van has departed, no refund or rescheduling is available.

Your pickup location is McDonald's, 614 N. Clark Street, Chicago, IL 60654.

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• The van departs 5 minutes after the scheduled time to respect the schedule of all guests.
• If you miss the van, it is your responsibility to arrange alternative transportation. No refund will be provided.
• We do not offer hotel pickup. All guests meet at the single designated location.

We prioritize the safety of all passengers, especially children.

• Parents must bring their own child car seat appropriate for their child's age, height, and weight, as required by Illinois state law.
• If you cannot bring your own seat, you may request one at least 24 hours in advance by emailing info@rrrtours.com.
• Child seats provided upon request incur an additional fee (quoted at time of request).
• Failure to secure a child seat when required may result in denial of boarding without refund.

Chicago weather can be unpredictable. Your safety is our priority.

• If RRRTours cancels due to unsafe weather (ice storms, blizzards, severe thunderstorms, extreme heat warnings), you receive a full refund with advance notice.
• Light rain, snow, heat, or cold does not cancel tours. Please dress appropriately. The van is climate-controlled.
• Attraction closures due to weather are not our responsibility. No refunds for attraction closures.
• Traffic delays, road construction, or detours are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.

RRRTours.com provides transportation only. This is a transport service, not an all-inclusive tour.

Attractions you may choose to visit (tickets purchased separately):

• Skydeck Chicago (Willis Tower)
• Shedd Aquarium
• Field Museum
• Art Institute of Chicago
• Navy Pier attractions (Centennial Wheel, etc.)

By booking and participating in a tour with RRRTours.com, you acknowledge and agree:

• Personal property: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Keep your belongings with you at all times.
• Personal injury: You assume all risks associated with travel, entering/exiting the van, and walking at attractions.
• Traffic & delays: Delays caused by traffic, weather, road construction, or accidents are beyond our control. No refunds for such delays.
• Attraction access: Closures (holiday, private event, maintenance) leave you with free time at the stop. No refund for attraction closures.
• Health conditions: It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically able to participate. Notify us of accessibility needs before booking.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• We accept major credit cards via our secure payment processor (Stripe).
• Booking cut-off: Reservations close 24 hours before tour departure.
• You will receive a confirmation email upon booking. Please review it for accuracy.
• If you do not receive a confirmation, contact info@rrrtours.com immediately.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest who is intoxicated, abusive, damaging the van, or creating a safety hazard.
• If you are removed from the tour for misconduct, no refund will be issued.
• Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption are prohibited inside the van.

We strive to follow the published itinerary. However, we reserve the right to:

• Modify stop order or duration due to traffic, weather, or operational needs.
• Substitute a comparable attraction if the original is closed or unavailable.
• Cancel the tour entirely if minimum passenger count is not met (full refund provided).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from these terms or your tour shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
